RETURN SLUDGE PUMPS OF SERIES    PKC-H

Application:

Pump is destined for re-pumping sludge or for internal re-circulation of sludge in sewage treatment plants. Pump is designed for pumping stuffs at small delivery heads. When selecting a pump, the customer is requested to specify his requirements for its parameters thoroughly. This pump is intended for operation outdoors.A pumped liquid:        

Temperature of a pumped liquid                 :    up to 40 C

Max. density of a pumped liquid                  :    1,050 kg/m3

Value pH according to a material option     :    4 8.5

Design:

Simple construction with a bearing being lubricated by a pumped stuff. It has been modified for installation into vertical pipeline (by welding or with the aid of a flange joint) or on a free water surface. Shape of the propeller blades and arrangement of this pump internal space are destined for pumping liquids with fibrous admixtures. Drive is provided by means of a vertical flanged electric motor with reinforced lower bearing.

Material option:

Pumps are manufactured according to the customer wish in steel or all-stainless versions.

Attendance and maintenance:

Operation of this pump does not need continuous attendance and its maintenance is described in the Operation Instructions.
